[ SYS ] Flask only. AWS only. For now.

deployless

Develop as you always have. Test locally.
deployless takes care of splitting, configuring, and deploying your Flask app as serverless functions on AWS.

No rewrites. No new framework to learn. Your Flask code stays the same — deployless compiles it into AWS SAM templates with one Lambda per feature, auto-generated IAM policies, and managed infrastructure.

[ Features ]

Core capabilities for production environments.

[ 01 ]

Zero Rewrite

Add configuration annotations to your existing Flask routes. No framework lock-in, no code changes. Your app runs locally with python run.py as always.

[ 02 ]

Feature-per-Lambda

Each feature directory becomes its own Lambda function. Split specific endpoints when they need different memory, timeout, or concurrency.

[ 03 ]

Auto-detection

AWS resources (DynamoDB, KMS, SSM) are detected automatically. IAM policies and environment variables are generated from your code.

[ 04 ]

SAM Native

Generates standard AWS SAM templates. Use sam build, sam deploy, and the entire SAM ecosystem. No proprietary runtime.

[ 05 ]

Secrets Management

SECRET_ prefixed variables are pushed to SSM Parameter Store. Dynamic references keep sensitive values out of CloudFormation templates.

[ 06 ]

Compile-time Validation

30+ validation rules catch misconfigurations before deploy. Memory ranges, schedule formats, duplicate routes, IAM conflicts — all checked at build time.

[ Philosophy ]

You should never have to rewrite your application to go serverless.

deployless is built on a simple idea: your Flask code is already well-structured. Features are isolated in directories. Routes are defined with Blueprints. Dependencies are declared in requirements.txt. That structure is everything a compiler needs to produce a serverless deployment.

Currently supports Flask as the web framework and AWS as the cloud provider. FastAPI and additional providers are planned.
